After releasing the last stable patch, we took our time and looked back at all the progress we have made with Kiubi since we first envisioned the project. 

A lot of stuff has changed since that day, but the intent has always been to redefine the standard of the platform genre by creating a game that had to be innovative and engaging.

We wanted Kiubi to be a freerunning platform that allowed its players to navigate the map however he liked and being able to choose how to approach its challenges, and during the development we decided that the best way to achieve this was to

turn Kiubi into the first Roguelike Platform where the focus is on MOVEMENT instead of combat!

Don't worry: this won't make Kiubi THAT different from what it is now, but this change allows to add so many more details and make it very  replayable.

So, what's your opinion about this?

For the moment, we will leave the opportunity to download the current version of the demo, but expect a big new release some time soon!
